Problem Note 48084: A new database library cannot be created when you invoke the Advanced Options feature during setup in SAS® 9.3 Management Console

In SAS 9.3 Management Console (the second maintenance release for SAS 9.3[TS2M2]), you cannot create a new database data library (for example, an Oracle or an ODBC library) when you invoke the Advanced Options. When you try to create such a library, the summary page is empty, as shown in the following example:
When you scroll to and click the Finish button, nothing happens.
To circumvent this problem, create the new database data library first without invoking Advanced Options. After you create the library, you can specify your advanced options.
